AI at work

Most people now have an AI assistant at work, but few were shown how to use it. The difference between a vague answer and a usable first draft is usually the prompt: what the task is, who it is for, what the result should look like, and which rules apply.

These guides are for everyone, no technical background needed. They start with how to write work prompts, with real before-and-after examples, then cover what you should and should not paste into an AI tool, and how to check an answer before you rely on it. The role playbooks apply the same skills to HR, marketing, sales and finance.
